You already know.
That whisper in your chest.
That tug in your belly.
That quiet nudge before the facts line up.
That is your intuition speaking.
And yes—it counts.
It matters.
It’s real.
The world has trained us to doubt ourselves. We’ve been taught to second-guess, to overthink, to wait for permission before moving forward. We’ve been told to collect evidence, weigh every pro and con, and make decisions that look “rational” on paper. But here’s the truth: long before your mind sorts through the details, your body already knows.
Intuition is not some mystical accident—it is your birthright. It is your inner compass, your soul’s GPS. It guides you even when the path isn’t fully visible. It’s the voice that says something isn’t right here, or the warm certainty that whispers, yes, this is the way.
The more we practice listening, the clearer it becomes.
💫 Your intuition is there when you’re standing at a crossroads, making a major life decision.
💫 It’s there when you’re gathering the courage to end something that no longer serves you.
💫 And it’s there when you’re choosing to begin again, stepping into a new season of your life.
So how do you strengthen it? You pause.
🌀 Pause. Stop rushing past yourself.
🧘🏾♀️ Get quiet. Even just for a moment. Silence the noise of other voices.
🤲🏾 Put your hand on your heart. Feel your body, your breath, your energy.
🪞 Ask. What is true for me right now?
✨ Trust what you feel.
You don’t need every answer today. You don’t need the full picture to take the first step. What you need is the courage to honor the answer rising inside you in this moment.
Your body knows.
Your spirit remembers.
Your intuition has always been guiding you home.
The only question is: will you trust her?
A Guided Practice: Listening to Your Intuition
Find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. You can sit comfortably or lie down—whatever helps your body feel at ease.
- Ground Yourself
Close your eyes. Place your feet flat on the floor or rest them against the earth. Take three slow, deep breaths—in through your nose, out through your mouth. With each exhale, imagine letting go of tension. - Hand to Heart
Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Feel your breath move between them. Notice the rhythm of your body, steady and alive. - Ask the Question
Think of something in your life you’re seeking clarity on. It doesn’t have to be huge—just something that matters to you right now. Silently ask yourself:
“What is true for me in this moment?” - Notice the First Response
Before your mind jumps in, pay attention to what you feel: a warmth in your chest, a tightening in your stomach, a sense of calm, a spark of excitement. Don’t overanalyze—just notice. - Trust the Whisper
Whatever arises first is your intuition speaking. Write it down, even if it doesn’t “make sense” yet. Your spirit often knows before the facts catch up.
Journaling Prompts
- What did my body feel when I asked the question?
- Did the response feel expansive or heavy?
- What small step can I take to honor this inner knowing today?
✨ Your intuition doesn’t shout—it whispers. The more you listen, the stronger the connection becomes. Each time you honor her, you strengthen the bond between body, spirit, and truth.
