Hi, I’m CeeJay, the heart and voice behind Sacred and Seen. I’m a Black woman, mother, educator, writer, and seeker who believes that every story holds sacred truth and that our identities are powerful bridges to deeper connection. My journey weaves through Black womanhood, motherhood, queerness, spirituality rooted in African and Indigenous traditions, and the experience of stepping boldly into new chapters with the knowledge of ancestral memory as we continue the sacred work of becoming.
Through Sacred and Seen, I create space for real, soulful conversations about identity, healing, belonging, and the beautiful complexity of being human. This is more than a podcast and blog — it’s a home for all of us who are learning to honor where we come from, who we are, and who we are becoming.
I invite you to remember: your story is sacred, your voice is seen, and we are more connected than we have ever been told.
